He performs a wide range of Oral and Maxillofacial procedures including corrective jaw surgery and oral cancer treatment.
At our centre Prof(Dr.) Chitrita Gupta Mukherjee MDS, MFDS RCS(Eng.) treats diseases of mouth and teeth of children (Paediatric Dentistry) and her practice interests are Restorative Dentistry (RCTs, Crown and Bridge), Cosmetic Dentistry, along with her speciality interests of Children Dentistry. We also have a dedicated Orthodontia and facial deformity clinic, at our Centre.

Dr. Uday Mukherjee did his BDS in1990 and completed his MDS in 1996 from Dr. R Ahmed Dental College & Hospital, Calcutta. He has been involved in Teaching since1996 onwards. Dr. Mukherjee went for further training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in England for 5 years and completed his FDSRCS(1999), from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, RCS London, UK in 1999. After 5 years of training in maxillofacial surgery in UK, worked in various maxillofacial surgery units of repute in UK.
Dr. Mukherjee has made multiple Local, Regional, National & International presentations. He has been a Keynote speaker in multiple conferences & a National Faculty at the various Maxillofacial Surgery Conferences. Dr. Mukherjee is a member of Various Professional Bodies - He is a Life member of the AOMSI, Member of the International body - IAOMS; Life member of FHNO (Federation of Head & Neck Oncology, India)

Prof (Dr.) Chitrita Gupta Mukherjee, did her BDS from Dr. R. Ahmed Dental College & Hospital Calcutta, in 1990 and completed her MDS in Paedodontia ( Paediatric Dentistry) from the same Institute in1996. She has been associated with teaching since 1996. She had further 4 years of training and working experience in England, and completed her MFDS RCSfrom the Royal College of Surgeons of England, London, UK in 2003. She worked in Dept. of Dentistry & Oral Surgery in the various Hospitals in England, UK. She returned back in 2003 & resumed her teaching assignments and clinical practice. She is currently Professor, associated with Post Graduate Training, Clinical Lead, & HOD of Paedodontia at BIDSH.
She is a reputed speaker and a dedicated teacher and has conducted various training programs/ CDEs in Pediatric dentistry. She has a successful private practice, with special emphasis on Pediatric Dentistry. She is a reviewer of various national journals and is a member of IDA, Life Member of ISPPD, India & Member of the International Academy of Pediatric Dentists (IAPD). She has got many publications in her credit.
