Dr. Uday Mukherjee did his BDSin1990 and completed hisMDSin 1996 from Dr. R Ahmed Dental College & Hospital, Calcutta.  He has been involved in Teaching since1996 onwards. Dr. Mukherjee went for further training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in England for 5 years and completed his FDSRCS(1999), from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, RCS London, UK in 1999. After 5 years of training in maxillofacial surgery in UK, worked in various maxillofacial surgery units of repute in UK. 

Dr. Mukherjee has made multiple Local, Regional, National & International presentations. He has been a Keynote speaker in multiple conferences & a National Faculty at the various Maxillofacial Surgery Conferences. Dr. Mukherjee is a member of Various Professional Bodies - He is a Life member of the AOMSI, Member of the International body - IAOMS; Life member of FHNO (Federation of Head & Neck Oncology, India)

Member of AO-CMF, [Cranio-Maxillo-Facial] Switzerland

Dr. Uday Mukherjee is currently a Professor of Dentistry & Maxillofacial Surgery at KPC MC&H, Kolkata

His Surgical interest includes:surgical treatments related to Facial deformity, Treatment of Facial trauma & fractures, Oral Cancer treatment, Oral-facial tumors & Cysts, Dental Implants, TM Joint (jaw-joint) disorders, Oral Pre-cancer, mouth ulcers treatment, Salivary gland disorders, Impacted wisdom teeth.
